Below you will find some descriptions of the different mechanism and options on the chairs :

Body Weight Tension Control:
A hand wheel adjustment to control the movement
of the chair in relation to bodyweight for different users.
Dynamic Movement: (Sway Chair Only)
Three dimensional seat movement, maintaining permanent
contact and support and reacting to changes in body position.
Inflatable Lumber Support:
Simple pump action for adding additional lumber support to
the lower backrest and a valve to deflate.
Performance Seat Foam:
Specially designed using dual density foam. A top layer of
slow release foam moulds to the users shape to enhance comfort
and alleviate pressure
(differs between different manufacturers)
Synchronised Movement:
A single level operation of seat and backrest angles, moving
in harmony with natural body movements or lockable in desired position
A/Synchronised Movement:
The flexibility of an independant adjustment of seat and backrest angles
with easily accessed controls
Rachet Back Adjustment:
A simple leverless lift up ratchet back system to alter backrest
height
